These guys are awesome....so easy to work with. I saw their display at the PSL Hurricane Expo , filled out a request for a quote, and signed the contract a few days later. The install team did a great job installing the 2 sets of sliders but had to wait for the third set because of an electrical obstruction.After I got that resolved, Sam is working to squeeze me into his tight schedule to finish up this job. My wife was so impressed with their quick work and cleanup, now she wants our living room window and door shuttered.** An Update ** Wow ! These guys are so good. Paul came out to measure my front window and door at 8 AM and he was back at 3 (just as he said he would) and installed my missing 3rd slider AND the front window and door. Now that is service, folks. Kudos to Sam, Paul and his crews.read more

Excellent experience. They honored all commitments. They made appointments and were on time. Understood what we wanted to have installed. Materials and work were the times they said they would be. They were professional, courteous, personable . They measured and made sure all their work was perfect . You could see they wanted it to be perfect and was not in a hurry to just put it up and walk. They removed all the old hardware I had, dapped and painted before installing their equipment. When they left the job I had no cleanup as they hosed down, vacuumed and cleaned all the work areas. Andrew made sure I was aware of maintenance and how to operate accordion shutters before he left and personally inspected with us to make sure we were happy .Then next day inspector came and passed the job. This is our second installation by JSI. These guy's are terrific, very courteous, and personable. They take the time to listen to customer concerns and answer all questions, putting the customer at ease before they begin the job. Once they start, stand back because these guy's know their business and get the job done quickly, professionally and most of all very, very neatly. I called JustShutterIt and spoke with Sam. I needed panel shutters put up, in preparation for a storm that had the potential to hit South Florida.Although he was extremely busy, he made time to come by with his crew, and they put up the panels very quickly. He and his team worked fast and was very professional.We also discussed additional options for my home, which would definitely help with the time and effort needed in preparation for storms. We have a panel of glass over one of our sliding doors. We requested that the shutter cover both door and panel. Unfortunately we could see top pf shutter. The company quickly went back to the shop AND sent a larger shutter within an hour. This is FAR and BEYOND what I expected. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to please. The crew arrived on time (bonus,) and were introduced to me by the crew chief. I was told exactly what the process would be, and given an approximate time for completion. The job was completed, to my satisfaction, on time. I was given a “show and tell,” and helpful hints, by the team leader, on the user friendly operation of the shutter system. The entire area was as clean after the job was complete, as it was when the work crew arrived. Great customer service. Friendly team members. More like a family that cares about you. They did a great job putting up the shutters for my two large Lanai sliding glass doors. Also the glass door next to my front door, above my front door and my bedroom window. They were efficient, on time and cleaned up after themselves. My experience with Just Shutter it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company. They Quoted as promised on the date they said. They provided me with their business license and Insurance without me even asking for it, Showed me the product. Asked for my input and delivered ahead of schedule. From the initial call to the installation everything was perfect and I highly recommend this company to any one! I kid my wife because every time a tropical storm comes she bugs me about putting up our shutters and anyone who does not have accordion shutters knows the hassles of the panel put up and take down. I had reached out to 4 different companies to compare, the estimators for JUST SHUTTER IT knew what they were talking about, they were pointing out things around my windows the others had not, they had a variety colors, also the locking mechanism was standard that others were charging extra for as an upgrade. Once i seen the quote along with the representation i wasted no time signing with them. The day of install they have 5-6 young men on sight, they were courteous and also professional- got the tasks done quickly and the demo walk through was on point. These are all college students and if you talk to them they each have a story, one trying to buy a house, another with a baby on the way- they hire well. At the end- I tipped them each $30.00. They were all grateful, and I was as well with a job well done. Passed inspections all is well! I love my new shutters, i got the dark bronze and really looks stylish. Highly recommend- and don't forget to tip these young men starting their lives and families. 🙂 Way to go JUST SHUTTER IT! No complaints at all!!read more

I had my shutters installed last year and They were awesome. Everything was done exactly how they said it would and everything on time. We haven't used our shutters until today. Everything lined up and closed nicely, there was a small issue with two of the locks I called them and they came here immediately and fixed the issue.
